Last day of November! Tomorrow is December. Thank you captain obvious! I am so excited! 22 days until we leave for Denver. Mixed feelings about that. Excited to see family, nervous for any drama that may occur. Nonetheless, that is family, right? Maybe not for all, but it is for us...
Last night My Grrrl was not in a good place, and I have to admit that it hurt my feelings, but I tried hard not to take it personally, because I know that it is not. Then this morning, around 6:00am, she asked if she could hold me. That made my heart sing, and it made me feel so good. I didn't realize how late,or early, depending on your point of view... I only had about 20 more minutes to sleep, but that was the best, "longest" sleep ever. It is, I believe, the reason that I am not beat today!
I hope that we have a good night tonight. I want so much for her to feel good, but I can't make her, and I have to realize that when she doesn't, it doesn't mean that I am a failure, even though I sometimes feel like it does. I can't make her happy, is my reasoning, so I am not a good wife. I don't know... I do know this, I am not giving up on her, on us, on me!
Well, I have ten million things to get done, and I need to leave early to get my kiddos their flu shots... Oh joy! An afternoon out of the office, but doing errands! I'd rather be working! LOL

Holy cow it is almost December! No blog today, thought that I had a cake day today, and it turns out, not so much. To top things off, tonight is the knitting group, and all but 2 people have said that they will not be there, and I think that the other 2 won't show. Oh well, at least I can get out of here early then!
I got hit by a wave of tired and I have 4 interviews to set up with difficult docs and midlevels. That is the part of my job I dislike... Grrrr! I enjoy setting it all up, I dislike how other knock it all down, and usually at the last minute... Again, I say Grrrr!
This weekend I am going to write the letters to my family about wanting to be the "record keeper". I am going to do it on my awesome pages app! One of the most expensive, but best apps ever!
Anyhow,I think that I could use some water!

Well, I am officially an Assistant executive Director. That title makes no sense. I am the assistant to an Executive Director...Either way, I am happy! This is a good Monday.
Rob is here in my office, sick. He has had tummy issues for a few days now, and as it reached a climax today, he is lying on the floor trying to sleep. On and off he has been able to.
I found some new clues last night, and I entered them into my power point, however, now it is so big, that I cannot mail it out to print it up! I am going to split it down into sections, but I have not figured out how yet, by branches, I suppose?
I am not feeling so well myself now, come to think of it. My keyboard is kinda spinning, and every time I look down at it, I get tunnel vision of sorts. Oh well, I guess that I should have paid better attention in typing in 7th grade, so that I don't have to look down at the keyboard!
I think that is all for now, nothing to exciting to write about today!

Today is do NOTHING day. Had breakfast and watched Harry Pitter 7.2 with Rob. Then, I ironed the paper between the pages of an old photo book I got at Savers, a local thrift shop, then I made a velvet bag for the book. So much for doing NOTHING... I'll try harder for the rest of the day, to do nothing, that is... Here I go, back to bed...

Another beautiful day! Sun is shinning, gonna take Rob to the library, then to Nana's, then home to get My Grrrl for Small Business Saturday! Not sure where we will go, but that will be half the fun!
Got a journal yesterday, not sure what I will use it for! Got some books last night at Hastings, well a witch journal and a good book for the Green Witch. Look forward to reading it!

Lovely, but tiring day. Ending the day with a directors cut showing of all three Lord of The Rings with My Grrrl, in fresh sheets!
We went to the Goodwill today, the .99 cent one, we got 10 things for $9.90, great deals and no tax! Then at the other Goodwill, lots of good deals! Cowboys helmet that holds chips and dip, hello! Also other stuff, but when there is such a treasure, who cares about the rest! Lol

Today is a good day. I did wake up having a bad dream. The more that I thought about it, the more it disturbed me, but I think that I was over thinking what was going on in the dream. Anyhow, the thing that I remember most is that I could not find my boxer shorts (we were not living in our home, so I didn't know where they have been put away ). When I did wake up, thanks to my alarm, there was a note on my iPad, from My Grrrl, I couldn't read it in the dark of the room, but my first thought, in my sleepy state, was "oh good, maybe this will ell me where my boxers are!" OH BOTHER! Nope, it was a wonderful note from My Wonderful Grrrl! :) PLUS, there was a lovely note on my mirror from her too! I am a lucky ducky! <3
Anyhow, I was in the shower thinking, and the worse thing in my day today is that I didn't get to drink my Mt. Dew last night (which I should not have even had, since it was a soda and it was after 7:00!) Taco Bell made it perfect for once, and I was so tired that I couldn't even finish it! It was a thing of beauty and now it sits on my nightstand, watered down, and not cold anymore... UGH. But really, if that is the biggest problem in my life, I'm doing alright!
I am blogging early today, because I wanted to get that out. I might blog more later, but then again, I might not. I have the spark back in my job, so I think that I will be busy doing actual work! LOL

Wonderful day! Super tired! But it is because I was up late with My Grrrl on our laundry date! That was fun, and I got lots of knitting done, plus we got to watch the end of her football game, we both won yesterday! WOOHOO!!!
The icing on the cake, I texted my wonderful boss to tell her Happy Birthday, and she told me that my promotion, or reclassification has been excepted, and will go through on the 27th, so the last check before our trip, I get a big fat raise. I mean really, a pretty decent raise. I am so freaking excited!
Well, it has been a long day, and I have to start closing down my office, so that I can head out and get Cara from her first wrestling practice! This ought to be interesting! LOL

No blog today. Spent a lazy day, mostly in bed, knitting and such. Tonight I am going to dinner with my sister and her boyfriend, that should be nice, then home to watch movies, in bed, with My Grrrl! What a great day!
Still working on our Zombie Closet! Maybe I'll do some stuff on that tomorrow, but we are going to see Nana, and Robert and I need to take about 4 trips worth of recycling to the recycling trucks, so that will take a while in itself. I also got a sewing pattern for pajamas, that should be fun, and somewhat easy.
Well, I better get showered, and get some grub into the kiddos!

Tomorrow is payday, grocery shopping, then work, the chick fillet with Cara and her boyfriend, My Grrrl if she cares to join us, but she doesn't like chicken, so... Rob is spending the night at a friends house. Cara has a workshop Saturday morning, and I will drive her to it, but she is going to my mom's afterward. It is supposed to be windy and possibly rainy, so, I hope to stay in bed, or at least on the couch all day. Knitting, as it were!
Tonight is the last, well second, but last, knitting class, I have restarted my scarf 5 or 6 times, but I think that I have enough knowledge to be going on with. Tonight, they are supposed to teach us to cast off, so end the scarf, that is good, because if I don't find out how to do it, I will never make more than one really long scarf! They have said that if you learn how to do this stitch, the garter stitch I think that called it, then you can learn any stitch. Well, I have never had munch luck reading patterns, so we will see... They talked about having a crochet class. I might go to it just to learn some of the things they were showing, a flower for one, I would love to make flowers... Mother's day taken care of forever, LOL!
OK, well I am about to fall asleep here where I type, I don't get it, I went to bed early last night, I think that I am supposed to start my cycle soon, I am always tired and starving the week before, that would aptly describe me now, and grumpy too I am sure some would say! Sorry all if you are one of the some that would say!

What a day... I messed up at work, it isn't as bad I thought it was, and it is pretty much fixed now, but still... I am so tired, and I have that knitting class to go to. I don't want to go, because I am so tired, but I know that I will regret it if I don't go!

A crappy weekend... The week is starting off well... This week is a regular week, but I get to learn to knit... Well, I get to go to a class to try and be taught to knit! We will see if I pick it up at all!
Next week is a short week and I am just trying to keep my eye on that prize of a long weekend... I thought about working Friday after Thanksgiving, but I thought better of it. I need this break, so maybe I can get my spark back... Still feeling blah here in the office... bummer... Still I try.
Oh well, a few more hours, then My Grrrl and Cara will be here to go to volunteer services to see what they can do here, they want to be baby cuddlers... that would be cool,but we will see...

I got caught up on Dexter last night, but then I still missed last nights, so I am still behind! I will have to catch up this week, low on the list though!

Crazy Busy Day! It's not even almost over. I have to stay here until about 7:30. Ugh, but at least I don't have to be in at the butt crack of dawn tomorrow! HP 7.2 drops in 7 hours and 45 minutes. I need a nap before we go get it at midnight, so that I can stay awake!

I feel like today is something, but I can't think of what! Oh well.
I miss My Grrrl so much right now. Last night I had a bad experience and she helped me get through it, and I just love her so much! I think that I worried her in some way at how grateful I was about it all. We watched Big Bang Theory last night, and then to bed for me. We were going to try and watch Bad Teacher, but I was to tired. I hope that we get around to it tonight! We had tacos last night, and they were the BEST tacos ever!
I just want to go home, and this is going to be a long week, Ugh! I just need to look forward to Thanksgiving. There is a four day weekend in there. Looking forward to that. Not much on our plate either, breakfast at my sisters, and possibly a visit to My Grrrls Mom's, but other than that... Maybe a Harry Potter marathon by the fire, while I crochet. Oh yeah, that sounds good!
Oh, I signed up for a knitting class, two nights next week after work at the Hope Building. There will only be 6 students, including me, so I am excited. Not that I need ANOTHER thing on my plate, but this is for fun, and I have wanted to learn SO BADLY!!! So, hopefully, small class, personalized help, and I can WATCH the teacher, that is how I learn best, it should be good. Then, maybe I can say that I can knit!!! Hopefully!
Anyhow, I better go, I need some water, I have a soda, left over from yesterday, and I just need water at this point. I tell you what, I just can't drink other soda that much anymore. I prefer the generic stuff from Smith's. Strange, but I just like it better. It is nice that it is cheaper, not to mention!
I have decided that I am going to FORCE the joy at work, so it is time to go FORCE a smile and FORCE THE JOY... OH MY GODDESS, the girls in my bosses office are RIDICULOUSLY LOUD!!! And I do mean girls, because they do not sound like grown up ladies, but my boss needs to smile and laugh right now, so there you go.

Back at work today. Still feel blah... Can't get into my job, not as excited as I used to be... My lunch, mind you it is 1025, and I am eating lunch, isn't as good as I had hoped, but what should I expect for .80 cents, right!? I NEED A VACATION! I need some time off, I try, I relax on the weekends, but I still can't seem to get back into things! WHAT THE HECK!
I want to clean my garage, AKA sewing room. I want to get the Zombie Closet prepared. I want to get a lot of stuff done, I want to be more excited about things again, mostly work, because as it is, I am pretty excited about things going on at home. I am SO EXCITED for our holiday trip. I am excite about Cara's next football game, I am excited about getting the Zombie closet ready... I really am, I just don't have it in me at work right now...Wonder what I can do? HHHMMMM, back to work, gotta do it, even if I am not excited... Also gonna toss out this lunch and offer the other one of the same variety to Marie for school. There are tortillas and peanut butter, that is a good lunch!!! ;)

Today would have been my Dad and Viki's 16th anniversary. I miss my dad... :(
I don't have much to blog about today, I am ready for the weekend! SO READY! I have to go to Rob's parent teacher conference today. I hope that is not terrible... Oh how I dread these things.
We do not have Internet at home right now, that sucks, I am SO pissed at Century Link! I am calling them right now, and the damn fire alarms are going off... AHHH
I have slipped with my Happiness Project Commitments! I need to work on "Slowing Down" I notice that mess up a lot when I dial the phone at work.
Now I am on the phone with Century Link, I hate talking to outsourced calls. It is not the ladies fault, but hearing her makes me angry, and I can't get good service when I am seeing red! Maybe that needs to be one of my things to work on!

What a day, busy busy busy and now I am getting Robert's cold. YAY for me! Grrr. My Grrrl has said that I will be put to bed when I get home, after a shower and dinner. She is going to pamper me. I am so lucky! I got some work done on my family tree, and yesterday I started a giant binder!
I can't wait for the day to be over, so I can go home, crawl into bed with My Grrrl, and get well!

Halloween was fun! Robert was to sick to go Trick or Treating, but we did have lots of kiddos come by, and they all loved the courtyard! One guy took pictures of the pumpkins!
Today has been super busy, that is why there was no post sooner, and that is also why this post will be short!
I had a burger for lunch, and I think that it made me sick! Ick! It was VERY much underdone, and OH SO GREASY! Yuck! Tonight we are having Eggos! Oh man, I hope that I am feeling better by then! The girls are both gone tonight, just me My Grrrl and Robert. Nice quiet night, and as Robert was sick today, early to bed even! Woohoo! I have so much awesome "stuff" in my Family History notebook, some of it I need to stream line, I know there are lots of duplicates. I found lots of neat pod casts as well. I might empty my ipod and load them onto there, so I can listen to them on the bus without much fuss. Hey, that rhymed! LOL!
