Tiu (Twia) is the English/Germanic god of war and the sky. He is identified with the Norse god Tyr.

Busy day again, last night was nice. We were all in the living room, after a scare with the surge protector and a trip to Target. Meatless Monday is postponed to Tuesday because we got frozen meals! I got fish, I was craving all weekend, so yeah for me!

 

The results of the first part of the weight loss challenge is in. I did not win. It was close, I am still waiting to hear just how close. The nurse that saved my life last week is who won, so yeah for her, she is a super nice lady. However, now, I have to get back on my game, and KICK HER BUTT!!! She even told Aisha that she wanted to split the pot with me. I told her "no, Darla won fair and square" and that she can buy me a coke if she REALLY wants to do something for me.

 

I have PMS right now, and that is not good for my diet! Oh well, I have a week and a day to fatten Robert up and loose a few more pounds. If I do, I do... If I don't, well then I don't. Robert is the best saver of money in the house, so he might actually deserve it more than me!

Haha!

Moon's Day, November 12th, 2012

It's Monday again. 9 days to vacation! Thank heavens, I need it! Busy weekend, and all I wanted to do was to rest, oh well...

 

Now, it is Monday, and this day is crazy! Well, that is a Monday, a Kronos Monday to boot!

 

This weekend I did get to finally change colors on My Grrrls blanket! That is a big deal to me!

 

Robert got the coolest jacket at Savers this weekend.

 

I really don't have much to write about, I guess... Last night, My Grrrl and I went over to my sister's house. Her circuit breaker was tripped, and hiding, so we went over there to save the day. And, save the day I did! I found it, hiding in the garage, and I flipped it, making the lights come back on!

 

My Sister and My Grrrl and I hung out and talked for a while. That was nice... Now, I am even sadder that she is leaving...

 

I do need to step tonight... I need to get into that habit, of doing it at night... Still a while to go in my journey of weight loss... Until Christmas in the Urgent Care Weigh Off! If I can get comfortably into my 36's, I'll be happy!

 

Well, I guess I better get back to it... Lots to do and I am leaving at 430 come hell or high water... What is left for tomorrow, so be it!

Monday, November 5th, 2012

It's Monday again. I got up and worked out today. I felt better for a while for doing it! An hour or so ago, my head starting pounding, and I'm sneezy and my throat hurts, and, and, and... I hope that this goes away soon, I DO NOT WANT TO BE SICK ON MY VACATION!

 

Robert is staying at a friends tonight, Cara is hanging out with friends, Marie pretty much can fend her herself. I think that I will be taking the night off... Dinner and then to bed, where I will watch TV, and crochet, and rest. I have a new book, I want to get to reading it.

 

We went to Hasting's this weekend, and used books, etc, were half off. I found two books that were low in price before hand, so yeah for that!

 

My chest has been hurting all day, and I think that it has to do with over doing it this morning when I worked out...

 

 

My Grrrl is going to her Aunt's house tomorrow to help her un-hoard.. and I am all for it! I am very proud of her aunt, for doing what my mother can't and for My Grrrl getting out. I just hope that if I feel like doody, she does not cancel going to her Aunt's house tomorrow...Not likely that I will actually call in... I'd have to be dying to do so!

Voting went easily...

Saggio's was not that good...

My mother is a TOOL...

 

 

My Grrrl and I went to Savers. We found a sheet for her super awesome t-shirt quilt. She found me a neat

T-shirt, and I found some jeans, 501's even!. Best of all...I got two new work outfits... The pants are 2 sizes smaller than I started with! Had her tape me. I have lost more inches than I thought! I am super excited about that.

 

 

The Urgent Care weigh in is not complete, so I don't know if I won the money over there... I am excited and nervous. I hope that I won! Seeing how little time there is left before we go to Denver, I need to step it up! I want to win the big pot there too! I want more new clothes! And I want them in smaller sizes!

 

 

Didn't sleep well, woke up around 2 and could not get back to sleep. I have no idea what woke me up either! Watched To Wong Foo with My Best Grrrl, so that was nice. Then we put in The Village, I did fall asleep during that, got two hours of sleep. I did NOT get up to work out, AGAIN... So much for stepping up the weight loss! Ha!

 

 

That is all for now. I need to get a few things wrapped up, looks like I will be able to get out of here a bit earlier than I thought this morning!

Happy November! Today, I take my oldest daughter to vote for the first time. I can remember when I first voted, with my mom. I was preggers! haha! I am the better mom by far, my voting daughter is not preggers!

Today I have been slammed, and I am so ready for it to be over! However, I know that this voting thing will take a lot out of me! Going to the SUB, know that there will be long lines... Kids will get cranky, mother will be there, so I will probably get cranky, sister as well, there and getting cranky, and possibly, making me more cranky!

Thank Goddess for CROCHET! Then, home, hopefully, in time for The Big Bang, new episode tonight..If we don't make ithome in time... Thank Goddess for the DVR! Just Thank The Goddess!

Ready for this day to be over... I did not work out today, so I feel kinda bad, however, I have also not been very hungry today, so I made sure that what I did eat was good for me... I think that it works out in the end? Ill pretend it does at least!
