No blog today. I have a sinus infection and I am REALLY feeling it today. I started a Zpack lat night, and I think that my body is fighting against getting better... UGH!

Last Night

OMG, I almost forgot... Last night, My Grrrl and I went grocery shopping, and on the way home, there were jokes made, that lasted ALL NIGHT!!! We Face Booked about it, and one of her friends, and her cousin saw it and "participated" in it. It was hilarious. Now, I CANNOT tell you what it was, just that it was SO VERY INAPPROPRIATE!!! I wanted to try and move it here, but it is so complicate, trying to get everyone's names changed to "protect the innocent" as it were...LOL

 

I had a great time laughing with My Grrrl. I am not sure what has changed in our lives, in our household, in our bubble, but things have been nicer than normal the last few days. I think that it has to do with a conversation that we had the other night, a hard conversation for bot of us, but worth it, it would seem... Who knows where our path will lead us, as long as we stay together on the path... :)

 

Well, sorry to tease you about the joke, but, just take my word for it, it was funny!

Didn't get around to blogging yesterday. Super crazy day, This morning started out the same way! I spent the morning cleaning up messes I didn't cause. I feel a little bad, because I could have caught the mistake, but, as this is not my show, I don't really know what I am supposed to catch. And everything is easier to see in hindsight...

 

So, I did more than my "regular" work out already today. I put regular in quotes, because while I want to work out regularly, stepping during The Big Bang Theory... I rarely do it, and this week, not at all, because My Grrrl and I are both so tired and run down... Ugh! I did run around a bunch yesterday as well, so I guess I had my work out yesterday too! :)

 

Today, I spent all that time, and then I looked at the clock and it was only 9:25... Bummer, felt like it should have been like noon! Oh well... I have stuff to do, and so I guess that I better get on it!

 

Lots of holiday stuff still to finish...I think that I will work on some of it tonight. Just piddly things, but I am so beat at the end of the day, that I don't feel like it! Like all things, I guess that I better just start, I always, well usually, feel better about things once I start them...

 

Oh, I just realized that My Grrrl and I are supposed to go into therapy with Cara this weekend... Gross... Not looking forward to that AT ALL...Maybe she will choose the Upward Bound Pizza Party instead! That will give us a reprieve of like 3 weeks! We can only hope, right!? WOOHOO! She chose the party, so NO Therapy and Dion's pizza! Lucky me, lucky us!

 

Well, that is good! Anyhow, I better get back to it. Lots to do lots to do!

Today is St. Nicholas Day. We celebrated this in Belgium. I remember singing the song that Santa sings to the Dutch girl in Miracle on 34th street. I remember doing a performance with the kids in my school, in the church in our village. It was packed, and I remember the burlap bag of chocolate coins and sticks we got. I wish that I had some clogs to have left out last night! Well, I have tiny ceramic ones ion my shadow box!

Only 15 days and a wake up until we go to Denver! And, the pajamas that I found for "the kids to give to me" (LOL) still fit, despite my late night snacking habit of late... So, YAY!

It is still cold, no snow like we were threatened with. My Grrrl is sick in bed, I hope she is in bed. I hope that she will be better soon, I hope that she will understand why I could not stay home and take care of her today.

Well, that is all, my break is over now, so I better get back to it. I am doing someone else's job today, on top of my own... Grrr!

No serious blog today. Got in late, due to the weather. School is closed today, and there is a terrible storm out there, not really that bad at this moment, cold and windy, but from what I can see the worst is ahead of us...Maybe I will get snowed in tomorrow?! We can only hope!

 

Anyhow, I have a ton of Monday things to get done, and I am feel like I am running up an icy hill where all of it is concerned! Yikes!

 

Anyhow, that is that, might have time to work on the family tree tonight, I did read some on the bus, but I didn't really learn anything new... I still have to finish sourcing the rest of my power point, just when I think that I have done it all, I see that I have not... Oh Joy! So, I might do that... who knows...

Had a lovely night last night. Stayed up late watching movies. Nice time with My Grrrl. Felt more connected than we have in a while. Stoopid life getting' in the way! Anyhow, it was nice!

Today, watched a coupon show with Cara. Now, football until Rob is done with lunch, then maybe back to bed for a while. Up to early...Cara is in bed sick now. :(
We might go to My Grrrls mommas house? Who knows!

I cant believe that my Cowboys are currently the division leaders! Hope they kick butt today!

Well, now I'm babbling! Got all of the gifts that we have here wrapped, oh wait, there are a few more things... I'll get those soon.

That is all for now, two and half weeks till vacation! I am determined to make my vacation relaxing! Even if it means I'm self medicated! Lol!
