My most awesome boss put my promotion paperwork through! That is a most awesome thing! I did some work on my family tree on ancestry.com. Pretty cool. Busy day at work, and now, getting ready for trick or treaters! Rob is sick, so he won't be going out, but we will save him some candy.
That is it, back to waiting for scary beggars, I mean kiddos!

Lazy Saturday! Went to see Nana, got Robs costume, had some lunch, movies in bed, now we are about to go to the store to get laundry soap, ah, the excitement never ends. We are going to donfiretime tonight, I guess we are some s'mores stuff too! Tomorrow we set up for trick or treaters, and there you go!

What a day! I was hoping to have an easy day, but not so far! Crazy busy, one thing after another! Not in a bad way, and it is making the day fly by, so yeah for that! :)
Thank Goddess It's Friday! Nice weekend ahead of us, might clean the shed, might not! I do have to get the kids suitcase out of the shed, and put a few mouse traps in there... I actually saw a mouse in there the other day, and he looked at me like I was on his territory! I don't mind mice, they can be cute, but when I think that when I clean the shed, all of their poop is all over all the stuff I have to clean! YUCK! Not to mention the Hanta Virus. I know that it is not a major concern around here, that is in other parts of the state, but just the same, I have seen enough patients on ECMO, and being taken OFF of ECMO... I'll take no chances thank you very much!
Mostly I am going to work on my Zombie Apocalypse Closet! LOL! Yesterday I came home, and My Most Excellent Grrrl, that is what I am calling her now, My Most Excellent Grrrl had started storing water for me in the her empty RC bottles! I am so glad that she is on board, even if it is silly, she is right there with me, on the silly train! LOL
She also had a fire going when I got home, heaven!
Well, I better get back to it!

Well, I got so busy yesterday that I didn't get a chance to blog. Then, when I got home, and wanted to to do there, ALL of my bookmarks were gone from my iPad, and the blogger app isn't IOS5 updated, so it doesn't work right now... LAME
Yesterday was a busy day... I did get some stuff done on my family tree. Last night I was able to mount the small slides on the wall in the stairwell. Not as impressive as what I want the final result to be, but not bad. I can see it now... That is cool. I still have the McCarty side to ad, not much there though, and I have to add my Great - Great - Great - Grandparents on Milton's side, but I think that is as far as I am going to get anytime soon.
Now, I will be able to take time to get ready for the Zombie Apocalypse! Kinda joking, kinda not... not so much Zombie's as emergency preparedness. I mean, I cannot think of any kind of emergency that will befall us, that we will be staying in the house, but, you never do know...Thus, I have a new obsession!
There is a pulmonary services celebration today, I think that it is at 5:00, and my boss wants me to go, at least show my face, so people will know who I am. I am nervous, I don't really like meeting new people. I don't mind knowing new people, it is the meeting that I don't enjoy! LOL
Well, I better get back to it, lots to do today! :)

LAST NIGHT I MADE A GRANNY SQUARE! What do you know about that!? I did the first square, and then the second level. I have not attempted the third level yet, because I am not sure how long the
stitch(es) between the corners should be! I would try today, but today has been busy, not crazy busy, just busy.
I did get all of my great aunts and great uncles (minus spouses) into my family tree Power Point. This weekend, I intend to clear the wall in the stair well, and mount the cards that I have. I MIGHT print them onto car stock, and then mount them. Someday I am going to get a GIANT canvas to have the tree painted on! I think that I can get My Grrrl to help Me with it! She is a genius! :)
Well, back to it! I have been trying to get my bosses office painted since April, to no avail. I will admit that I have not been trying hard! I have sent a few emails, etc, but there always seems like there is something more important to do!
One thing, before I go... Why is it that listening to Harry Potter is so comforting to me? I understand that it is a good story, and it makes me happy, and that I like Jim Dale's voice, but I am talking OVER and OVER...

Happy Monday! I woke up late...my boss is in a mood, not a bad mood, but she is stressed by things that I cannot help her with....I CANNOT find a lead at all in the search for my missing aunt...I am having trouble breathing. I feel as if someone is hugging me very tightly...
All of that aside... I AM HAPPY!
I had a lovely Sunday with My Grrrl. Foot ball, we both won, yummy stew for dinner, EVERYONE wins in that matter, we died my hair and she pampered me through the entire process. I am the luckiest lad around!
There are things that could ring me down right now, IF I let them, but I am not going too! I have to much to be happy about to let those things get me down. They are things I can't do anything about, so why worry!?

Beautiful Sunday afternoon. Nice morning with Rob, he went hiking with my sister and her man. Then a nice working lunch. Not much working, more chatting. Now, watching football with My Grrrl!
Yummy stew for dinner, better the second night! Life is good, Dexter comes on later! Happy Misty :)
