Last day of the month! WOW! This photo is not the one that I meant to attach yesterday, but here it is nonetheless! It is a bit blurry, it is a bag of Trumpet Vine seeds. This is what is inside the pod that we got off of the plant last fall. We had two this season, one we gave to my mother-in-law. Cara and I are going to start these seeds while My Grrrl is gone, something to keep me busy. We will then place the planters in the window in my room, full sunlight, and all day long. I might take them out at night. I want them to do good. I want to plant some more in the front courtyard (which I love, my courtyard, that is...) and then maybe 1 each in the potty corner (yes, we have an old toilet in the back yard! ) and the other in the morning glory / grape corner. I love both of those areas! Since the grapes are not taking over the gazebo the way I hoped, maybe the trumpet vine can! What do I mean maybe, of course it will! Those things are crazy!

Well, project Whack-a-doodle is underway! I have seen 5 episodes, on the 6th now. I am sad to say that I have seen all of these, well, this 6th one, I have seen part, but not all of it!  

 

I made pasta salad yesterday for work lunch this week, and I a happy to say that it is pretty good! It is cold, so that kinda stinks, because I am already chilled. I have been since this morning.... Grrr, I don't enjoy being cold like this. I think... as soon as dinner and chores are done tonight, there is a bed with a heating blanket with my name on it! Well, our names... Me and My Grrrl... Yeah!

 

Last night My Grrrl made me a yummy snack/meal before bed... Ramen noodles with steamed veggies. OMG, so good!

 

So, today is Foto Fun Monday... So, I have uploaded a photo of my Great Grandfather and two of his grand kids, so my cousins somehow...I need to get my camera out and get some new pictures... There was a really great one of the trees around my house before a storm, so the darkening sky with the trees, they really pop... I wanted to upload that, but I couldn't manage it!

 

This morning, my alarm went off at 5:00 instead of 6:15, because it was still set for laundry the day before! I woke up, saw that Cara was not up, and I went to go get her up, she told me it was only 5:00, so I happily went back to bed!

 

As this blog entry draws to an end, I see that I have never seen this episode of Big Bang Theory, so yeah, Project Whack-a-doodle has a positive outcome today~!
