This is a stump in our courtyard.
It was in our front yard for 2 or so years.
I moved it into the courtyard as a seat for firetime.
When I did, all the bark fell off.
I saw this crack in it for the first time then,
I think that is amazing how it can still serve a purpose
to the world, even though someone in the world
ripped it out of the ground!
